    2024-2025 Out-of-District
    Online Enrollment Request 

    If you live outside the Lake Station Community Schools boundary lines, but still wish to enroll a student(s) in our district, you must first fill out the "Out-of-District Enrollment Request Form." If approved, you'll receive an email with directions on how to complete enrollment. 

    • We are accepting Out-of-District enrollment requests for the 2025-2026 school year. 

    • We are no longer accepting Out-of-District enrollment requests for the 2024-2025 school year.
